This month marks the 6th anniversary of our Marketing Director, Senga, joining the dodio team, and it’s fair to say that she’s put in a fair old shift in that time.
From growth and major client wins, to the development of the nuts and bolts policies and procedures that keep the agency running smoothly, Senga has been right at the heart of everything we’ve done since she joined the team in 2015.
Senga was central in the transition of dodio from a web design agency to a full service marketing agency, with her experience gleaned from senior marketing roles providing the confidence and expertise to expand our service offering.
Since then, Senga’s played a crucial role in our most significant client acquisitions. We’ve secured contracts with the NHS, local authorities and regional education trusts, as well as providing support to many SMEs across the region.
Senga’s marketing knowledge and account management style has allowed us to create long-lasting partnerships with our clients that grow and evolve with their businesses.
Alongside her marketing expertise, Senga has also encouraged us to become more ambitious as an agency, and has overseen a number of successful bid submissions to secure high profile contracts with Sunderland City Council to drive inward investment into the city.
As a Mackem lass, Senga’s passionate about supporting local businesses both through contracts with the local authority, and by directly supporting SMEs in the city. During her time with dodio, she’s supported countless SMEs and fostered relationships with the North East BIC and the North East Business Support Fund, as well as offering her time and expertise as Chair of Governors at a local high school.
We wouldn’t be where we are today without Senga’s expertise, guidance and rigour and we know our future is bright with her on the team. Happy dodio birthday, Senga!
