Part of Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums, the Environmental Records Information Centre (ERIC) North East is based at the Hancock Museum and is funded by the Environment Agency and regional local authorities to record and catalogue wildlife species and changes in the natural environment. It collects and collates data from wildlife recorders which inform policy decisions about the natural environment in the North East.

ERIC sought our expertise to create a website which not only enables wildlife recorders from across the region to log and categorise sightings accurately but also provides an engaging and informative resource for enthusiasts and partners.
